This is our fourth year offering the SunRidge Online Auction.

Run by parent volunteers, the Auction provides hundreds of people in the greater SunRidge Community a chance to: support our school through donations, promote local businesses, and get great deals bidding on goods and services.

We are still accepting donations for the Auction. The Auction Casita is open M-F 9:00 to 3:00 PM! Check in at the office and get the key.

If you are a community member, you can donate by:

• Emailing our Donation Team with your name, phone number and item to be donated.
• Waiting for us to call you and facilitate your donation and we will then process the auction listing.

If you are a SunRidge parent, follow the instructions below to turn in your donations:

• Get the donation form here or outside of classrooms and in the Auction Casita.
• Complete the Donation Form and leave the yellow copy with the Donor.
• Turn in the white copy of the Donation Form and the donated item/service at the Auction Casita during school hours. The Auction Casita key is in the office.
  
  

The Data Entry Team will then:

• Enter the donation listing on the auction website.
• Create gift certificates if needed.
• Take pictures/get logos if needed.
• Follow-up with the donors at the end of the auction.

If you are a SunRidge parent, tell us who you have contacted already and whether they said yes or no. We do not want to ask people or businesses to donate multiple times.
